“Steve from Simplicity Audio Video did an excellent job installing my sound system and I recommend him without any reservation to anybody. It is rare that I can recommend somebody without any reservations. I have known him for over five years both when he worked at another company and now since he began his own company. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and explains things very well. I felt comfortable enough giving him a key to my house as well as my alarm code while I was out of town, so that he could finish the job while I was away. He’s tidy and when he leaves it looks as if nobody has been in your home, and he always covers his shoes before he comes into the house even when I tell him it’s not necessary. Steve listens well and guides you accordingly. If you want a system with lots of bells and whistles he will give that to you. If you want a simpler system (less expensive) as I did, he will point you in that direction as well. He is easy to reach by phone or text. Usually he answers the phone himself and if he is not able to do so, he returns calls promptly. Steve is dependable, thorough, and conscientious. It was a pleasure to work with him and reassuring to know that I can contact him in the future if I need to.
